Safety & Quality Assurance

The safety, health and well being of all employees are a major concern of FCI Towers, Inc.  Therefore, accident prevention is of primary importance.  Safety will always take precedence over production demands and shortcuts should be avoided at all times.

The Management of the company takes all steps to provide a safe and healthy work environment.  In its efforts to provide a safe work place, management has established the safety procedures outlined in our Safety Policy.  It is the responsibility of all personnel to comply with these procedures, as well as, continually attend and successfully pass all training classes to include Fall Protection, daily tail gate, monthly, and quarterly safety meetings. At FCI all employees, including Officers and Management, work together to achieve the common goal of accident prevention.

FCI is and has been an active voting member in the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) since 2000.  In addition to the material provided by NATE we subscribe to various safety publication services and attend OSHA Compliance Classes regularly throughout the year to acquire the most up to date information available regarding safety, safety equipment, Federal and State Regulations.  Furthermore, each FCI employee is currently certified in Standard First Aid as offered by the American Red Cross.

Safety and Quality Assurance go hand in hand. Keeping in lines with the philosophy that a safe workplace produces high quality workmanship, FCI routinely conducts unannounced site safety inspection and quality assurance tests on the production of each project.  Our consistent focus on safety insures a safe, productive, high quality job site that exceeds the standards of the industry.
